Yes. All members of the 糖心APP community who wish to park on campus must register their vehicle and obtain a University parking permit. To register your vehicle and obtain a parking permit, please .

Yes. All vehicles must be registered in the new parking system, even if you previously registered your vehicle with 糖心APP. Registrations from the prior system do not carry over.

No. Parking permits are provided at no cost to registered students, faculty, and staff. However, all vehicles parked on campus must be properly registered and display a valid parking permit.

Yes. You may add multiple vehicles to a parking permit; however, you must designate one as your primary vehicle.
If you plan to bring a registered vehicle to campus other than your primary vehicle, be sure to move your hangtag to that vehicle and update the active vehicle associated with your parking permit. To make this change, log in to your parking account and select 鈥淰iew Permits鈥.

Yes. All students, faculty, and staff are required to register their vehicle and obtain a new parking permit each academic year, even if their vehicle information has not changed.

No. Parking lot eligibility varies based on your parking permit designation. Please review the campus parking map and parking regulations.

Charging stations may be used in parking lots designated for your permit type. Additionally, North Campus charging stations in green open lots are available to anyone with a valid parking permit of any designation.

Vehicles in violation of parking regulations are subject to fines and, in certain cases, towing at the owner鈥檚 expense. More information about citations can be found here.

If you believe a parking citation was issued in error, you may submit an appeal within 10 working days of the citation date. To file an appeal, using your license plate and select the appeal option.

Parking citation fines may be paid online .

You must display your parking permit on your current hang tag hanging from your primary vehicle鈥檚 rearview mirror, with the permit sticker facing outward and clearly visible. If you do not have a hang tag, you may obtain one at the David S. Mack Public Safety and Information Center (Hempstead Turnpike and California Avenue).
